The open call by Artist's Hero to participate in a competition for a sculpture in the atrium of the Kasselbauer residence in the center of Bratislava marked the beginning of my journey toward my first permanently installed public sculpture. At the same time, this commission was an important milestone in the evolution of my own work. From the initial vision, through refining the model and technical preparation, all the way to execution, it was a complex project and creative collaboration for which I am grateful, and one that brought advancement to both parties—myself personally and the developer Proxenta.

I had the opportunity to collaborate with Marek Jakúbek and the Artist’s Hero platform on two projects, and in both cases, working with him was exceptionally professional yet personally pleasant. I appreciated the transparent and clear communication, precision, and above all, his understanding of our business needs and his search for ways to fulfill them through art. I cannot imagine a better guide to the world of art (which was completely unknown and distant to me) than Marek. I don't know whether Marek is more of a businessman with a passion for art, or an artist with an understanding of business—in any case, it is a unique combination that makes projects under his leadership destined for success.
