Employer Branding

71%

of respondents in an internal Artist's Hero survey conducted for client Veolia Energie say it matters that their employer supports young local artists, financially and morally, as part of its social responsibility.

By renting or purchasing artworks and exhibiting them, organizations not only support young artists but also raise their own Social Impact score and strengthen ties with the local art scene. Accompanying activities such as opening nights, artist talks, and studio visits connect the worlds of business and art more deeply, build awareness of current art trends, and create opportunities for PR and responsible brand building.

The Art Studio Pilgrimage concept was created in collaboration with Marek Jakúbek, who, alongside his team of curators, connects the world of young artists with guests of Augustine, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Prague with passion and expertise. Thanks to his initiative and curatorial team, Art Studio Pilgrimage becomes a true journey of inspiration, opening doors to the world of contemporary art. Visits to the studios of young painters and sculptors offer a unique insight into their work and provide authentic contact with the Prague art scene. Truly a transformative experience that enriches our guests' stay.

In today's organizations, I perceive essentially two approaches, both of which are good to keep in balance. The first is based on data, numbers, and measurable indicators. The second is based on emotions, intuition, and deep relationships. Exposing oneself to art seems to open both the mind and the heart. It is not always necessary to understand it; it is enough that it invites us to look again and differently.

Implementing a work of art into a development project is often a challenge, especially when there is a lack of specific experience in connecting the art and business environments. In the case of the Kesselbauer residential project in Bratislava, however, the entire process went exceptionally smoothly thanks to the collaboration with Marek Jakúbek and his Artist’s Hero. Marek guided us through the whole process – from organizing the open call and selecting a suitable artist, through finalizing the artwork's design, to its final installation. The result is the sculpture "Krídla" by Róbert Palúch, which now adorns the atrium of the Kesselbauer project in the center of Bratislava. This piece symbolizes movement and flight, beautifully complementing the architecture and atmosphere of the entire space. What I appreciate most is that Artist's Hero is able to connect the world of art with business in a way that makes sense for both sides. We supported a young Slovak artist while simultaneously enriching our project with a value-driven and aesthetic dimension. If you are looking for a partner to help bring art into your spaces with sensitivity and professionalism, I can wholeheartedly recommend Artist’s Hero.
